Nucleify provides web design, development, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, and materials on the Nucleify website are the intellectual property of Atomic IT sp. z o.o. unless otherwise stated. Upon completion and full payment of a project, clients receive full ownership rights to their custom website as outlined in their contract.
Limitation of Liability
Nucleify and Atomic IT sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
